Effortless Power continues from where Functional Fitness left off and continues to explore how to make efficient use of the body. Skills taught start from non-escalating technique to attacking people’s vulnerable points. We respect the limitation of the aging body so that we will not be do any hard-core push-ups on knuckles.
You will get stronger because we will work not only your big muscles but also the much forgotten little muscles. You will also able to deliver more effective power because you are going to improve the coordination of muscle systems and not just individual muscles. Most importantly, you will feel and understand how the change of mechanics affect how much you can deliver with what you already have.
The program aim to increase participants’ awareness of the surrounding, control of their own balance, control of their opponents’ balance, sensitivity and response to external force. Furthermore, participants will improve their movement speed, reflex time and just being more adaptable to external events in general.
